Firecracker Napkin

This easy, kid-friendly July 4th project idea will really light up your holiday table. It's a firecracker of a napkin!

Materials Needed:

• 1 bandanna for each napkin (any square fabric swatch will work for these stand-up napkins)
• Twine (18 inches for each napkin)
• "Firework" sticks (try these Red & Blue Cupcake Picks from Party City)

Step 1:

First, fold a bandanna in half, and then in half two more times.

Step 2:

Next, fold the bottom edge of the bandanna to the left. Starting with that end, roll it all the way up.

Step 3:

Wrap an 18-in. piece of twine around the bandanna and secure it with a knot. Finally, place a firework stick in the center.
